What is a Healthy Weight Programme Group?
A FREE 12 week nutrition, physical activity and behaviour change programme aimed at providing skills, knowledge and confidence to help you manage your weight more effectively. Each weekly session lasts for 2 hours, with the first 8 sessions including one hour of information and discussion, followed by one hour of Simple Circuits. The final 4 sessions will recap key healthy eating topics for the first hour, with a practical healthy cooking session in the second hour.
