follow the 8 week plan which is set out in easy to follow weekly steps.
You can use as little or as much of the members area as you want - whether you're motivated by setting goals, like to see graphs of your weight loss progress, or just want to follow the steps.
You will find links to eating better and how to become more active, by identifying ways to build activity such as walking into your daily routine. You will explore why you are over eating and learn that you can change. By doing this you will increase your chances of successfully losing weight and keeping it off.
You do not need to become a member to use the website and the 8 step programme, however you will not be able to access the tools to help monitor your progress in the members area without becoming a member.
