FREE 12 WEEK WEIGHT MATTERS COURSES

If you want to book onto one of our FREE courses or for more information about what our courses cover see our poster here.  To book you can download a booking form here with details of some of our courses.

The NHS Healthy Weight Programme consists of The Eatsome, LEAP and Weight Matters Projects.  By joining together we can offer a range of support to help individuals live a healthier lifestyle through our Weight Management Groups.

 

The Importance of managing your weight

At Christmas we're always surrounded by lots of lovely  food and drink.
